Crl.M.P.No.10906 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.451 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

Vide order dated 11.06.2024 made in Crl.A.No.451 of 2024, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this court in paragraph No.5(b) of the order.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail. She further submitted that, the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 11.06.2024 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the trial court as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
