This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.329 of 2015 on the file of Inspector of Police, Nagarasampatti Police Station, Krishnagiri District and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.329 of 2015 has been completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" and after service of RCS notice on the de-facto complainant on 10.09.2015, the closure report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli.
