Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6653/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.447/2019 by an order dated 15.05.2019 in directing the petitioner herein to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAVI T.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed by this Court, by order dated 15.05.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.6653 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.447 of 2019.

2. The petitioner was convicted and sentenced, by order dated 09.03.2019 in M.P.No.3 of 2018-R.C.No.4855/2018/B passed by the Executive Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurantakam, Kancheepuram, challenging which, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. This Court, by order dated 15.05.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.6653 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.447 of 2019, suspended the sentence and granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions, one of which is that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition since his release.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Fisherman by profession and is required to go to the Sea for his livelihood.

In view of the above, the aforesaid condition is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent/police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 21/08/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
