ORDER

The Original Petition has been filed to appoint petitioners as guardian to the minor child N.Varun.

2.The petitioners are the maternal grandparents of the minor N.Varun and the respondent is the paternal grandparent.

3.When the case was taken up for hearing, today, a joint memo of compromise has been filed by both the parties and also being signed by the respective counsels representing the parties and the same was taken on record. 4.This Court if satisfied that the joint memo of compromise entered between the parties would secure the interest of the person and the property of the minor. Hence, the same is recorded and the Original Petition is dispose of in terms of the joint memo of compromise which shall form a part of this order. 5.Recording the same, this Original Petition is disposed of.However, there shall be no order as to costs.
