This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 2.

Considering the circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
