ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner claims to have purchased a property admeasuring to an extent of 44.5 acres in S.No.383/3A in Poonthadalam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, through a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.1309 dated 19.10.2010 and was also issued with a patta bearing No.847. The petitioner would state that during the year 2015, when he went to the concerned office to pay the Kist Tax, he was told that due to computer error, the said property does not stand in the name of the petitioner and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 09.06.2016 to the respondent for rectification of the same and though it was received and acknowledged on 13.06.2016, the petitioner is yet to be favoured with any kind of response and therefore, he came forward to file the present writ petition.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner and Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claims projected by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2016 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
