This petition is filed to condone the delay of 885 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.55,500/- in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.32278 of 2020 against the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2019 passed in M.C.O.P.No.153 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Pollachi. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 885 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
