This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 142 days in representing the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2019 passed in M.C.O.P.No.153 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Pollachi.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
