This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in order original No.215/2021-22 Commissionerate -I dated 30.11.2021 in O.S.No.129 of 2019-INT-AIr Din 2021 0773M W00072297F DIN. 2021077 passed by the respondents and quash the same.

2. The petitioner has challenged the proceedings passed by the first respondent/ Commissionerate -I. There is a provision available for the petitioner to challenge the impugned order passed by the first respondent/ Commissionerate -I before the Commissioner of Appeals. 2/4

In view of the fact as there is a efficacious remedy available for the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the Commissioner of Appeals, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file an appeal before the Commissioner of Appeals.
