ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph 10(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10040 of 2025, by order dated 04.04.2025.

2. It is stated across the Bar that the trial had already commenced. The petitioner was absconding or otherwise not co-operating with the Court for trial. The trial is being protracted. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.

3. The petitioner is directed to comply with the said condition in Paragraph 10(b) imposed by this Court on 04.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10040 of 2025 and co-operate for early disposal of the case by the trial Court.

4. With the above observations and direction, this petition is dismissed.
