O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent to quash the proceedings in Proc.No.692/A1/2012, dated 30.01.2013 and quash the same.

2. Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the impugned proceedings in Proc.No.692/A1/2012 dated 30.01.2013, this writ petition is disposed at the time of admission on the basis of the submission made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the enquiry regarding disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner based on the Charge Memo in F/m/vz;/ 5711/m1/2012, ehs; 29.01.2013, is at the final stage, and that appropriate orders will be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed and liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court, in case, if no orders will be passed by the respondent in the aforesaid period.
