This application has been filed to accept the Power of Attorney executed by the applicant / plaintiff seeking permission to his wife to tender evidence on his behalf.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Judge's Summons, it is stated that the applicant / plaintiff is now at United States of America and it may not be possible for him to come over to the Court to tender evidence. In these circumstances, he had executed a Power of Attorney dated 19.11.2024 in favour of his wife to appear in all High Court matters on his behalf.

3. Taking into consideration of all these factors, this application is allowed granting permission to the wife of the plaintiff to tender evidence on his behalf to the limited extent of the facts which are to her direct knowledge.
