JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff and the defendant filed a joint memo for appointment of one Mr.V.Srikanth, Advocate, G4, Mangala Jothi Apartments, 43, 4th Trust Cross Street, Mandaveli, Chennai-28, as Arbitrator, to decide the subject matter.
Acceding their request and since the dispute between the parties is covered under the Arbitration Clause, as agreed by both the parties, Mr.V.Srikanth, is hereby appointed as Arbitrator to decide the matter. The Arbitrator shall complete the arbitration proceedings within a 2/4
period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil suit is disposed of with the above directions. Connected applications are closed. Further since the matter is referred to Arbitration, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of Court fee as per the Rules. 08.10.2025 cgi Speaking order/ Non-speaking order Note: IT on 09.10.2025 3/4
