Crl.MP.No.10828 of 2019 in Crl.RC.SR.No.35367 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This Court by order dated08.08.2019, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards the arrears of maintenance to the credit of M.C.No.23/2018, before the Family Court, Namakkal within two weeks from that date of receipt of a copy of that order.

The Copy of that order has been made ready on 13.08.2019, till today, the petitioner has not complied with the directions of this Court.

In view of the above, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non compliance and consequently, Crl.RC.SR.No.35367 of 2019 stands rejected.
