This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 512 days in representing the above appeal in A.S.SR.No.132989 of 2022.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. The Petition to condone the delay in representing is between the Court and the litigant. Therefore, the objection of the learned Counsel for the Respondent is overruled and the delay of 512 days is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.

The Respondent/Decree-holder shall proceed with the Execution Proceedings before the trial Court since there is no stay of the Execution Proceedings as on date.
