This Petition had been filed to condone the delay of 603 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.56,342/- in A.S.S.R.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 603 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
