ORDER

The petitioners seek relaxation of bail condition imposed by the learned Additional CMM (E.O.II), Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1027 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.710 of 2018 dated 04.06.2018 directing the petitioners herein to report before the respondent weekly twice on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the condition has been complied by the petitioners before the trial Court, which has granted bail and the petitioners have also filed a petition for modification and the same has been returned and that without re-presenting the petition before the lower Court, the petitioners straight away have come before this Court, which is not maintainable.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
