This Court vide order dated 13.06.2023 has directed the II Additional Sub Court, Erode to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.315 of 2012 within a period of three months from that day and allowed the above said Civil Revision Petition.

2. This being so, after a lapse of four and half months, the II Additional Sub Court, Erode has written a letter to the Registrar General, High Court vide D.No.2184/2023, dated 06.11.2023, seeking extension of time in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 13.06.2023, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant three months time from the date of receipt of the order copy to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.315 of 2012 as directed by this Court order dated 13.06.2023.

3. Registry is directed to issue a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Erode and a copy marked to the II Additional Suboridinate Judge, Erode. 29.11.2023 kmm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
