The Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to de-freeze the Account of the petitioner bearing Account No.0512053000001744 in the 1st respondent Branch.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint of the District Handicapped Welfare Officer, three cases have been registered against the petitioner herein and others in Crime Nos.2, 3 and 5 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent-Police and thereby, the petitioner's account bearing Account No.0512053000001744 maintained with the first respondent Bank was freezed. Now, the respondent-Police have completed with investigation and filed the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court and also instructions have been given to the first 2/4

respondent - Bank for de-freezing the account of the petitioner herein. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.
