This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12706 of 2024 on 06.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, K4 Anna Nagar Police Station, Chennai for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
