This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 382 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that only after receipt of the summons in the Execution Proceedings, he came to know about the exparte decree passed in the suit and hence the delay had occurred and the same is not willful nor wanton.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objections in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the dispute between the parties, this petition is Ordered and the delay is condoned.
