The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.13 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.13 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddypatti and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.138 of 2013 and the petitioner was also acquitted by order dated 28.04.2015.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.13 of 2013 and the case ended in acquittal, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
