ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 06.01.2025 passed in W.P.No. 38835 of 2024.

2.The order of this Court has been complied with in as much as the Commissioner of Land Administration has passed the following orders:- "V. Conclusion:- In the circumstances stated above, the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvannamalai is directed to consider the issues pertaining to the patta that had been granted and its blocking and send appropriate proposal to Director of Survey and Settlement for unblocking the subject land in Tamil Nilam at the earliest."
