( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Friday, the Twenty Seventh day of September Two Thousand Nineteen PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11315 of 2019 in Crl.RC.No.785 of 2019 JEEVA [ PETITIONER ] Vs KANCHANA [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.785 of 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to grant stay of the operation of the order dated 21/05/2019 passed in M.C.No.5/2015 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri pending Crl.RC.No.785/19.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.785 of 2019 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of NO APPEARANCE for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- 1.This Court, by order dated, 13.08.2019, had granted interim stay for a period of six weeks, imposing certain conditions and it was also observed that in the event of the Petitioner not complying with the conditions, interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically.

2.When the matter was posted on 25.09.2019 for reporting compliance, since there was no representation for the Petitioner, the matter was ordered to be posted on 27.09.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, vacating the interim stay already granted. Post the Criminal Revision Case after four weeks.
