The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider his representation dated 13.06.2024 and pass necessary orders for cancellation of patta stands in the name of 4th respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the property situated in Survey No.222/2 in Koonimedu village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District. It is further stated by the petitioner that without any document to substantiate his right, patta has been issued in the name of 4th respondent. Immediately, after acquiring knowledge about the same, the petitioner made a representation seeking cancellation of patta in the name of the 4th respondent. It is also stated that 3rd respondent initiated enquiry on the representation of the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.A2/475/2024 and issued notice of enquiry to 4th respondent. However, the 4th respondent failed to appear before the 3rd respondent and the enquiry is pending. 2/4

In view of the fact that the 3rd respondent already initiated enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders after giving sufficient opportunity to the 4th respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
