Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records made in Na.Ka.No.11364/2018/002 dated 27.07.2019 issued by the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from herland situated at Nambiyur Village bearing Survey No.1298/12 measuring about 3x18.8 meter gate and wall in the property measuring about 1953 sq.feet and consequently, forbearing the respondents 2 from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the said property pursuant to the impugned proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.11364/2018/002 dated 27.07.2019 on the file of second respondent conforming the proceedings of the third respondent under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu III of 1905.
