ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed complaining non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 22.06.2022 in Crl.R.C.No.535 of 2022.

2. In the above order, this Court, in paragraph No.4, ordered as follows:- "

4. In that view of the matter, since the complaint of the petitioner prima facie discloses the commission of cognizable offences, the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.02.2022 is referred to the respondent Police with a direction to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law."

3. It is represented by the learned Counsel for the contempt petitioner himself that pursuant to the order, now, a First Information Report in Cr.No.296 of 2022, Ambattur Estate Police Station, has been registered. In that view of the matter, there is no willful disobedience of the order.
