This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 782 days in preferring the second appeal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Prasad, learned Government Pleader for the 9th respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 782 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to Mr.V.Prasad, learned Government Pleader for the 9th respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
