ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been taken out by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.18822 of 2020.

Today, the learned State Government Pleader, produced a report dated 04.02.2023 showing compliance of the order of this Court and the relevant paragraphs are extracted hereunder:- "It is submitted that the following individuals have encroached on the Street in Natham Survey number 181/17 in Manavur village. The appeal petition preferred before the second respondent against the No.6 notices issued to them was rejected by the second respondent on 27.12.2021. Against the above orders, the encroachers have filed revision petition before the Government.

4. It is submitted that the encroached portions were evicted by themselves on 30.01.2023, 31.01.2023 and 01.02.2023. Photos taken during and after the eviction are filed along with the Compliance Report. It is requested that the same may be taken as part and parcel of this report.
