The present application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants to initiate the present suit under Section 92 (1) (f) of C.P.C.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the first plaintiff/ Trust Office is within the jurisdiction of this Court and are also functioning within the jurisdiction of this Court https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.Upon considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, I am satisfied that this Court has jurisdiction to try the present suit since the first plaintiff/ Trust is functioning within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.3574 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to initiate the present suit under Section 92 (1) (f) of C.P.C. before this Court.
