The learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent would state that if the appeals are referred to Mediation, there is possibility of amicable settlement. Accordingly, the appeals are referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court .
2. The Mediation Centre shall appoint an appropriate Mediator to mediate the issue.
3. Since both sides counsels have appeared, notice to the parties is not necessary. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court along with their respective counsel in person on 28.11.2024 for mediation. If anyone of the parties did not appear before the Mediation on 28.11.2024, the appeal shall be posted before this Court on 29.11.2024.
