2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.Vinod, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent-3.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 85 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.Nos.92110 and 92111 of 2022 is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.K.Vinod, as learned counsel for the Insurance Company, when these matters are listed for admission.
