This petition is filed to condone the delay of 208 days in preferring the appeal.
Heard Ms.K.Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that private notice has been served and the Affidavit of Service also has been filed before this Court. The name and address of the respondent since has been shown in the cause list, however, there is no representation for the respondent.
The delay is only 208 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 208 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.
Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
