PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents 1-3 to consider the representation dated 21.01.2025 and immediately revoke all construction approvals granted in favor of Respondents 4-6 and to demolish all unauthorized constructions based on the illegal approvals granted to the Respondents 4-6 at Door No.49/23, Ramakrishna Mutt/South Mada Street, Mylapore measuring 3920 Sq.ft. in S.No.3533, Mylapore Village, Part-2, Chennai District. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We earlier granted time to petitioner to file relevant documents / material to sustain the allegations made in writ petition that the subject matter of settlement forms part of the civil suit and the orders passed by this Court as well as Supreme Court, so as to say that it forms part of the charitable endowments.

Today some documents have been filed.

Since the basis of the petition is that the lands form subject matter of the suit, in which decree was passed, the petitioner was required to place before this Court copy of the plaint, written statement and decree.

We are not satisfied with the material which has been placed before this Court.

Though learned counsel for petitioner prays for some more time, we are not inclined to grant further time. The petition is dismissed, however with liberty to file appropriate petition with material, if any, in support of the allegations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
