C.M.P.No.4187 of 2021 in CMA.No.1768 of 2018 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to discharge the guardian R.Ananthi, the 1st Petitioner and mother of the minor 3rd petitioner R.Magesh, in the above appeal CMA.No.1768 of 2018 proceedings.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been give in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for discharging the the guardian, R.Ananthi the 1st petitioner and mother of the minor 3rd Petitioner R.Magesh, as in the above appeal CMA.No.1768 of 2018 proceedings. Hence the petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
