O R D E R

This Transfer miscellaneous petition is filed by the wife in a matrimonial dispute to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kallakurichi and transfer the same to the Principal Sub Court, Cuddalore. 2.

The respondent-husband filed H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 under Section 13(i)(i-1)(i-6) of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce before the Sub Court, Kallakurichi.

It is stated by the petitioner that though she is an Engineering graduate, she is jobless and she cannot travel 100 kilometers from Cuddalore to Kallakurichi. Her only grievance is that there is a difficulty in her travelling and except that no other specific reason is assigned for the same. It is also stated that the travel is easier for a male. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
