Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders in the appeal dated 09.07.2021 filed by the petitioner's challenging the order passed by the second respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4076/E2/2018 dated 14.10.2019 in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders in the appeal dated 09.07.2021 filed by the petitioner's challenging the order passed by the second respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4076/E2/2018 dated 14.10.2019 in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 2/4

2. It is seen that the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent as against the order passed by the second respondent and the same is pending.

3. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
