ORDER
This miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 195 days in presenting the application for restoration and also to restore the writ petition No.35662 of 2019 which was dismissed on 11.12.2023 for non-prosecution.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not only diligent in pursuing the writ petition, but also the Miscellaneous petition filed to condone the delay in filing the restoration petition.
4. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
