The two revisions have been filed in C.R.P.(NPD)Nos.187 & 188 of 2015. At the time of final hearing of those revisions, I raised a question as to how the revisions are maintainable, when under Section 75 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920, it is an appealable decree. Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner wanted to convert the revisions into Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals together with the suggested substantial question of law. I adjourned the matter for the said purpose.
2. Today, C.M.P.Nos.16860 & 16861 of 2023 have been presented for the said purpose. Therefore, being an appealable order, I have to hold the revisions are not maintainable. However, exercising the power conferred on this Court, I convert the Civil Revision Petitions into Civil 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
