This contempt petition alleges the wilful disobedience of the respondent to the order passed by this Court on 18.03.2021 in W.P.No.7056 of 2021 1/2

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.No.7056 of 2021 has been complied with, and the counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy of the proceedings has been whatsapped to him. But, however the counsel for the petitioner required sometime to verify it.

3. Given the fact that the order is stated to have been complied with, this contempt petition is closed. If however the contempt is closed based on error on facts, it is open to the contempt petitioner to make a mention to the Court, and have the order passed today, recalled.
