Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st respondent police to produce the body or person of petitioner's wife Babi, aged about 22 years and the petitioner's minor daughter Nainiga aged about 2 years, who is under the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent before this Hon'ble Court and set them at liberty and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first respondent to produce the body of his wife viz., Babi, aged about 22 years and the his minor daughter Nainiga, aged about 2 years before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the husband and the detnue is the wife. The situation has arisen in view of the matrimonial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

discord. As a consequent to the matrimonial discord between the petitioner and the detenue, today the petitioner, detenu and their child viz., Nainiga are before this Court. It is agreed by both parties that the matter can be resolved through the Mediation Centre at Salem on 19.09.2019. Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, Salem.

3. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
