Veera Mandiri, who is confined at Central Prison Vellore, and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenue - Ravi S/o. Veera Mandiri in C3.D.O.No.77/2016 dated 01.12.2016.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.289, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 20.01.2017.
