ORDER

The present wit petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the suspension order dated 27.09.2024 in Memo No.397/SE/GEDC/GOBI/AdmII/F.Suspension/2024 passed by the 2nd respondent.

2.Though the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner challenging the suspension order dated 27.09.2024, prayed for restricted relief for directing the respondents to pass final order within a reasonable time. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner counsel had also would fairly submit that the domestic enquiry has already over and the Enquiry Officer has submitted a Report and that the petitioner has also received the copy of the Enquiry Report. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has also submitted his further representation and only thing to be done by the Disciplinary Authority is to pass a final order. The learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the above submission. 4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record.

5.In such view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Disciplinary Authority to pass final order within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order according to its own merits and in accordance with law.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
