Crl.M.P.No.11204 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8312 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7(c) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of eight weeks" in Crl.O.P.No.8312 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8312 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024 is relaxed in toto.
