These are applications to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring the LRs on record.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. The delay is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the LRs are brought on record. Accordingly, the petitions stand allowed.

3. Post the Second Appeal on 05.06.2023. On that date, as agreed by the learned counsel on either side, the appeal will be proceeded. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that papers have been duly served on him and he will also be ready with the appeal.
