The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 419, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 43(a), 66 of IT Act 2002 and Section 66C, 66D of IT ( Amendment) Act, 2008 in Crime No.153 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence, whereas, he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is suffering incarceration from 26.06.2024 and he further submitted that, he is ready to abide any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the defacto complainant is the Sub Insepctor of Surveyor, Land and Survey Department. He further submitted that, the petitioner along with other accused conspired together illegally assessed the login ID of the defacto complainant without any authentication and executed patta name transfer for disputed land which was under trial. He further submitted that, without the knowledge of the defacto complainant, the accused had created fake ID and executed patta name transfer. 4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and that the investigation in this case is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
