Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.07.2017. Again, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no option except to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
