The wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.30 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Ulundurpet to the Family Court, Pondicherry. 2.The transfer is sought for only on the ground of convenience of wife. The wife is a resident of Pondicherry. 3.Considering the convenience of the wife, the proceedings in HMOP.No.30 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Ulundurpet and transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Pondicherry to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. The inconvenience caused to the husband would also be greatly reduced, since, he would not be forced to appear for every hearing as in the case of a Family Court. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
