O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the `2nd respondent to dispose the appeal in Na.Ka.No.25207/2021/E1 dated 13.05.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed as against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased the property in old S.F.No.12/3A, New S.F.No.725/4&6 and bearing Patta No.736, situated at Akkarai Chengapalli Village, Annur Panchayat Union, Avinasi Taluk, Coimbatore District. But, in the revenue records some unknown persons name was included. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a representation on 05.08.2020 and the same was not 2/5
considered. Hence, the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.No.13532 of 2020 and this Court by its order dated 08.02.2021 issued a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of twelve weeks, pursuant to which the revenue divisional officer rejected the petitioner representation on 02.09.2021. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 13.02.02022. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.02.02022, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
6. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.02.02022 in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
