The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 347 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.91248 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent present and has no objection in allowing the petition provided that the interest for the period of delay of 347 days is waived.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 347 days and the delay of 347 days is condoned.
